By accessing or using the One Trading CRT website (onetradingcrt.com) or purchasing the CRT course, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase the course.

One Trading CRT is operated by Geovanny Ribeiro, providing trading education content based on the Candlestick Range Theory (CRT) methodology.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the course or use this site. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

All content on this site and in the course, including videos, lessons, and materials, is provided for educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance, including any results shown or referenced by Geovanny Ribeiro, does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Course purchases are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Prices are displayed at checkout in the currency applicable to your region (BRL or USD). We do not collect or store your full payment card details; Stripe handles this directly under its own security standards.

Access details (delivery method, format, and duration) are provided at the time of purchase, as described on the checkout page. We aim to keep this information accurate and up to date.

Given the digital nature of the course and that access is granted immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once access has been provided. Where applicable law grants you a mandatory withdrawal or cancellation right, that right will be honored as required. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us through the channels in Section 11.

All course content, including the CRT methodology, videos, materials, and site content, is the property of Geovanny Ribeiro / One Trading CRT. Purchasing the course grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access it for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share your access with others.

To the extent permitted by law, One Trading CRT and Geovanny Ribeiro are not liable for any trading losses, damages, or decisions made based on the educational content provided. The content is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
